Video Subscriptions For Your Fitness Fix

Each Sunday night I will post three pre-recorded HIIT-inspired videos to my website,, which will be available for a fee. The three HIIT workouts will include:

  • 1 Tabata

  • 1 Ladder

  • 1 of either Metabolic Conditioning, Resistance Intervals or
    Core-Cardio Conditioning.

Accessing the Videos

To gain access to the videos, there will be two payment options:

  1. weekly access for $30

  2. monthly access (minimum of 12 videos each month) for $100.
